1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms form a contract between you and Amenr, available through amenr.com and related applications (the "Service").

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, regulation, or our moderation practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
• You must be single, widowed, divorced, or separated with a life situation consistent with serious dating.
• You may not use Amenr if you are already in a committed relationship, married, or engaged, unless clearly disclosed and consistent with our policy.
• Only one account per natural person is allowed.
• Registering on behalf of someone else or using a false identity is prohibited.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your email address must be valid. We may require verification before enabling certain features.

You agree to provide accurate, sincere, and up-to-date information when creating and updating your profile.

4. Profile, photos, and content

Your profile must reflect who you truly are. Photos must clearly represent you, without impersonation or misleading content.

You retain ownership of the content you publish, but you grant Amenr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service (profile display, moderation, compatibility suggestions, etc.).

• Appropriate, respectful photos with no explicit nudity.
• Sincere text with no hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or sexually explicit content.
• No personal contact details intended to bypass Amenr messaging on the public part of your profile.
• No commercial promotion, solicitation, or spam.

5. Expected and prohibited conduct

Amenr is a respectful dating space grounded in the dignity of every person. We expect honesty, kindness, and behavior compatible with Christian values.

• Harassment, threats, insults, blackmail, or pressure of any kind.
• Violent, pornographic, illegal, or hate-inciting content.
• Discrimination based on origin, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Fake profiles, scams, requests for money, or fraudulent solicitation.
• Collecting or sharing other members' personal data without consent.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Service.
• Any attempt to bypass moderation, free account limits, or messaging rules.

6. Likes, matches, and messaging

Amenr offers profile discovery, expressions of interest, and messaging when mutual interest is confirmed.

A match is created when two members express reciprocal interest. Messaging is only available after a match to encourage consensual, respectful exchanges.

Amenr does not guarantee that a relationship will form, nor the absolute accuracy of information provided by other members. Use discernment in your conversations and in-person meetings.

7. Free and Premium plans

Some features are available for free; others require a Premium subscription. Prices, durations, and benefits in effect are shown on the Service at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions have no minimum commitment and can be managed from your account or the payment platform used. Billing, refund, and cancellation terms will be specified when payment is enabled.

8. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can block or report a member from messaging or their profile. Each report is reviewed by our team as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or delete an account, remove content, or limit access to the Service in case of a Terms violation, credible reports, or behavior that endangers the community.

Repeat violations, serious misconduct, or illegal behavior may result in permanent exclusion without refund of any amounts paid.

9. Suspension and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion results in erasure or anonymization of your data in accordance with our privacy policy, subject to legal retention obligations.

Amenr may temporarily or permanently interrupt the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security, or legitimate reasons, with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Intellectual property

The Amenr name, logo, interface, text, visuals, and graphic elements of the Service are protected. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Amenr does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors.

Amenr is not responsible for the actions, statements, or omissions of other members, nor for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory provisions of your country of residence if you are a consumer.

In case of dispute, please contact us first to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those provided by applicable regulations.
